How Automated Digital Delivery and Refund Reviews Work
18.06.2026
Digital marketplaces can deliver stock immediately, but fast delivery does not eliminate the need for clear records and fair review. Buyers and sellers should understand what happens at checkout, where delivered content appears and how to report a material problem.
What happens during checkout
When a buyer confirms a purchase, OGSELLER checks the available balance and product stock. The selected digital inventory is assigned to the order, the purchase amount is deducted from the buyer balance and the seller receives the net sale amount after the configured marketplace commission.
Where to find delivered content
The order page contains the delivered item and purchase details. Buyers should open the order promptly, save the information securely and compare it with the listing. Delivered credentials, keys or codes should never be posted in public reviews or support messages visible to unrelated parties.
Perform a careful first check
- Confirm that the delivered format matches the description.
- Follow the stated activation or login instructions.
- Check region and platform compatibility.
- Record exact error messages if access fails.
- Avoid irreversible modifications until the basic check is complete.
When a review request may be appropriate
A review may be appropriate when the delivered item is missing, materially different from the listing or unusable under the conditions expressly advertised. A change of mind, an ignored compatibility restriction or use that violates third-party rules does not automatically establish a product defect.
Submit useful evidence
Describe what was expected, what was delivered and the exact result of your test. Include relevant screenshots or error details where the platform allows them, while hiding passwords, recovery codes and personal information. Keep the explanation chronological and factual.
How the administrative review works
The available order record, listing text, delivery information, seller response and buyer evidence can be considered. The review is not based only on the length or tone of a message. If a refund is approved, the corresponding balance movements and stock status are processed through the platform workflow.
Responsibilities of both parties
Sellers should provide accurate inventory and cooperate when a verified defect is reported. Buyers should test promptly, protect delivered secrets and avoid claims that omit relevant actions. Both parties should communicate through the order record so that important information remains available for review.
Before submitting a request
- Read the listing one more time.
- Confirm that your device, region and intended use are supported.
- Save the exact error and relevant evidence.
- Do not disclose passwords or recovery secrets.
- Explain the requested resolution clearly.
A structured process protects legitimate buyers and responsible sellers. Accurate listings, prompt testing and complete evidence make digital order reviews faster and more reliable.
