How to choose a product
OGSELLER is a marketplace where independent sellers offer digital products. A careful review before checkout is the best way to select a suitable listing and avoid preventable problems.
1. Start with your exact requirement
Decide what type of digital product you need, the intended region, platform, language, quantity and any technical restrictions. Read the complete listing rather than relying only on the title or price. Compatibility, account region, activation limits, expiry dates and third-party platform rules may determine whether a product works for you.
2. Review the seller and store
- Check the store status, rating, completed sales and recent buyer reviews.
- Prefer listings with clear descriptions, realistic claims and precise usage requirements.
- Do not treat a badge, rating or displayed store information as an absolute guarantee. Sellers remain responsible for their products.
- Be cautious when a seller asks you to communicate or pay outside OGSELLER. Off-platform payments are not covered by the platform workflow.
3. Inspect the listing
Confirm the product format, delivery method, minimum quantity, available stock and total price. Digital stock is delivered automatically after a successful balance purchase. Because access may be immediate, verify the listing before confirming the order.
4. Understand delivery and account security
After checkout, delivered content appears in your account order page. Copy it to a secure location and do not disclose credentials, keys or codes to third parties. Change passwords and recovery information promptly when the product permits it. Never reuse your OGSELLER password on a purchased account or another service.
5. Check before using the product
Open the delivered content promptly and test it only in a lawful manner. Keep screenshots and error details if the product is missing, materially different or unusable. Do not alter, consume or resell a product and then claim it was never delivered.
6. Requesting a review or refund
A refund is not automatic. Eligible completed orders can be submitted for administrative review from the order page. Explain the issue clearly and provide truthful evidence. OGSELLER may consider delivery records, listing terms, seller information and account activity. A full refund may be approved or rejected after review.

- Understand that delivery is digital and generally immediate.

- Secure delivered information and report genuine problems promptly.
