User Agreement

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You may not use the Service where prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, export controls or binding third-party restrictions.

2. Platform role

OGSELLER operates an intermediary digital marketplace. Independent sellers, not OGSELLER, generally create listings and supply products. A transaction for a third-party listing is between the buyer and seller, with OGSELLER providing technical listing, balance, delivery, moderation and dispute tools. OGSELLER is not the seller, manufacturer, licensor or guarantor of independent listings and does not endorse every claim made by a seller.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, maintain a valid email address and protect your password, two-factor secret and recovery codes. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused directly by OGSELLER. Notify info@ogseller.com promptly of suspected unauthorized access. OGSELLER may require verification, restrict sessions, reset security controls or suspend an account to protect users and the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • sell or seek stolen, hacked, fraudulently obtained or unauthorized products;
  • trade payment card data, bank credentials, identity documents, private keys or unlawfully obtained personal data;
  • distribute malware, phishing material, ransomware, exploit tools intended for abuse or products enabling unauthorized access;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • misrepresent product origin, functionality, region, quantity, ownership or authorization;
  • manipulate reviews, reports, prices, transactions, referrals or platform metrics;
  • circumvent fees, payment controls, bans, security limits or moderation;
  • scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except where law expressly permits;
  • use the Service for harassment, discrimination, spam, money laundering, sanctions evasion or unlawful activity.

5. Buyer obligations

Buyers must review listing conditions, compatibility, region, third-party rules, price and quantity before purchase. Buyers must use delivered products lawfully, secure credentials and avoid false disputes. Access to digital content can occur immediately after payment; responsibility for choosing a suitable listing remains with the buyer.

6. Seller obligations

Sellers warrant that they have all rights and permissions required to list and deliver each product. Sellers must provide valid unique stock, accurate descriptions and lawful support. Sellers are responsible for taxes, licenses, third-party claims and product defects. OGSELLER may request proof of source, authorization or functionality and may remove or disable content without prior notice where risk requires it.

7. Balance, crypto deposits and withdrawals

Purchases use internal site balance. Crypto deposits require the network and address shown in an active ten-minute payment session, a valid transaction ID and manual approval. OGSELLER does not provide automatic blockchain verification. Network fees, volatility, confirmations and irreversible transfers are inherent risks. A wrong network, address or late transfer may be unrecoverable.

Seller withdrawal requests deduct the requested amount while pending and are manually reviewed and processed. Cancellation or rejection returns the recorded amount to site balance. Site balance is a limited platform accounting record, not a bank account, deposit account, investment, stored-value guarantee or interest-bearing asset.

8. Prices, commissions and taxes

Listing prices and applicable charges are shown through the Service. OGSELLER may set and change seller commissions, limits and operational fees. The applicable transaction setting at the time of processing controls. Users are responsible for determining and paying taxes, duties or reporting obligations that apply to them.

9. Digital delivery and risk of loss

Available stock is allocated and displayed in the buyer account after checkout. Digital delivery may be immediate and cannot be physically returned. Buyers must safeguard delivered content. Sellers must not reuse sold stock. Delivery records, timestamps and account activity may be used to resolve disputes.

10. Refunds and disputes

A buyer may submit a reasoned refund request for an eligible completed order. OGSELLER may request evidence and review the listing, delivery record, seller response and account activity. Submission does not create an automatic right to a refund. If approved, the order may be cancelled, buyer balance restored and seller proceeds reversed. Fraudulent, abusive or duplicate claims may lead to restriction.

Users should first use platform tools and cooperate in good faith. OGSELLER may make an administrative marketplace decision based on available evidence; this does not remove non-waivable rights under applicable law.

11. Reviews, reports and moderation

Reviews and reports must be truthful, relevant and free of sensitive delivered content. OGSELLER may moderate, remove or retain submissions; suspend or ban stores; disable products; restrict balances; and preserve evidence. Status indicators and verification badges reflect limited platform information and are not guarantees.

12. Intellectual property

OGSELLER and its site design, software, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit but grant OGSELLER a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display it as needed to operate, secure, promote and moderate the Service. You must not upload content you are not authorized to license.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. OGSELLER may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requests, security risk, fraud indicators, chargeback or blockchain abuse, repeated defective products, noncooperation or harm to users. Where legally and operationally possible, legitimate remaining balances will be handled after liabilities, reversals and investigations are resolved.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” OGSELLER does not warrant uninterrupted operation, seller performance, product fitness, third-party platform acceptance, market value, blockchain confirmation or recovery of credentials. Nothing excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGSELLER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; lost profits, data or opportunity; third-party acts; wrong-network transfers; account bans by external platforms; or unauthorized seller content. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the greater of the fees paid to OGSELLER for the affected transaction or USD 100, unless mandatory law requires more.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify OGSELLER against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your products, content, unlawful use, rights infringement, tax duties or breach of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Changes and availability

OGSELLER may modify features, limits and this Agreement for operational, legal or security reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires separate consent.

18. Applicable law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the law applicable to the OGSELLER operator and transaction, without inventing or representing a jurisdiction not disclosed by the operator. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights in your place of residence remain unaffected. Before formal proceedings, contact info@ogseller.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Any court or authority with mandatory jurisdiction retains its powers.

19. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or this Agreement without consent. OGSELLER may transfer operational rights as part of a reorganization or service transfer subject to applicable law. Electronic records and notices satisfy written-form requirements where permitted.

20. Contact
