How earnings work

When a buyer completes a purchase, the buyer balance is charged and the seller receives the net sale amount after the commission applicable at that time. OGSELLER may update commission settings. The seller dashboard and transaction history show recorded balance movements.

Seller funds are maintained as site balance. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually. The requested amount is deducted when the request is submitted and returned if the request is cancelled or rejected.

Your responsibilities

You must own or hold all rights necessary to sell each product. Listings must be accurate, lawful, functional and consistent with third-party service rules. You are responsible for taxes, licenses, customer claims and the security of uploaded stock.

Strictly prohibited: stolen or hacked assets, unauthorized credentials, payment card data, government identity data, malware, phishing, fraud tools, unlawful surveillance, illegal access, copyright or trademark infringement, deceptive listings and any product prohibited by law.

High-quality listings

Use a precise title and category.
Describe region, platform, format, limitations and prerequisites.
Upload only valid, unique and securely obtained stock.
Set a fair price and maintain sufficient inventory.
Respond professionally to genuine issues and moderation requests.

Refunds and disputes

Buyers may request review of completed orders. If a refund is approved, sale proceeds can be reversed from your balance. Preserve sourcing and validity evidence, cooperate with OGSELLER and do not retaliate against buyers. Repeated defects, fraud, abuse or prohibited products may result in product removal, store suspension, balance restrictions or termination.
