Marketplace Terms and Public Offer
These Marketplace Terms and Public Offer (“Marketplace Terms”) describe how orders, digital delivery, balance, commissions, crypto deposits, withdrawals and refunds operate on OGSELLER. They supplement the User Agreement. If terms conflict, these Marketplace Terms control the specific transaction process.
1. Marketplace transaction
Independent sellers publish offers for digital products. A listing is an invitation or offer subject to stock, moderation and seller eligibility. By confirming checkout, the buyer requests purchase at the displayed total. Acceptance occurs when OGSELLER successfully deducts buyer balance, allocates stock and creates the order.
2. Parties and platform function
For independent listings, the sales relationship is between buyer and seller. OGSELLER provides infrastructure and administrative support and may charge commission. OGSELLER does not become owner of the seller product merely by hosting or delivering it.
3. Price and balance
Prices are displayed in the site currency. The buyer must maintain sufficient balance. Site balance is usable within the platform subject to this Agreement, security controls, reversals and legal restrictions. It is not legal tender, a bank deposit, an investment or a promise of exchange at a fixed external rate.
4. Funding by cryptocurrency
- The buyer selects an available coin/network and amount.
- OGSELLER creates a ten-minute session with an exact address and payment code.
- The buyer sends using the selected network and submits a unique valid TXID before expiry.
- An administrator manually reviews the transfer.
- Only an approved request credits site balance.
OGSELLER does not automatically verify blockchain settlement. The sender bears network fees and the risk of wrong chains, addresses, assets, amounts, expired sessions and third-party wallet errors. OGSELLER may request evidence, wait for confirmations, reject unverifiable transfers or investigate duplicate TXIDs. Recovery cannot be guaranteed.
5. Digital delivery
Delivery is electronic. The allocated stock content is displayed in the buyer order page. The buyer must inspect and secure it promptly. A delivery record indicates that content was made available to the authenticated account, but OGSELLER may evaluate credible evidence of invalid or materially nonconforming content.
6. No general physical-return process
Digital content cannot be physically returned and can often be copied or consumed immediately. By requesting immediate performance and opening delivered content, a buyer acknowledges that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited where applicable law permits. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Refund review
A refund request must state a truthful, specific reason. Relevant grounds may include missing delivery, invalid content at first use, a material mismatch with the listing or duplicate technical charge. Change of mind, incompatible use disclosed in the listing, third-party enforcement caused by buyer conduct, disclosure to others or consumption/resale generally does not establish eligibility.
OGSELLER may request screenshots, timestamps or other evidence and may consult the seller. Current platform functionality processes full-order administrative refunds rather than partial automated refunds. An approved refund restores the recorded buyer total and reverses seller net proceeds; a rejected request leaves the order completed.
8. Seller proceeds and commission
After a completed purchase, the seller receives the sale amount minus the commission configured for that transaction. Commission and limits may change. Sellers authorize OGSELLER to reverse proceeds for approved refunds, fraud, duplicate processing, legal requirements and correction of errors.
9. Seller withdrawals
A seller may request withdrawal within current minimum, maximum, network and balance limits. The amount is deducted while pending. Approval records administrative authorization; the external crypto transfer is processed manually. Rejection or user cancellation restores the recorded amount. The seller is responsible for the destination address, network, wallet control, taxes and any receiving-service restrictions.
10. Operational review
OGSELLER may delay or refuse deposits, purchases, withdrawals or refunds for security, fraud prevention, sanctions, legal compliance, technical errors, insufficient evidence or account restrictions. Users must not split, duplicate or manipulate transactions to avoid limits.
11. Taxes and records
Users are responsible for tax registration, invoices, reporting and payment obligations applicable to their activity. OGSELLER transaction records are platform records and may not satisfy every local accounting requirement.
12. Notices and acceptance
These Marketplace Terms are accepted when a user funds balance, purchases, sells or submits a withdrawal. Current terms are available on ogseller.com. Questions should be sent to info@ogseller.com.
