This operational guide covers products, stock, sales, balance, withdrawals, disputes and store compliance.

Products and moderation

Create a complete listing with title, category, description, price, minimum quantity and image. If product approval is enabled, new products remain inactive while pending. Approval means the listing passed a platform review at that time; it does not transfer the seller obligations to OGSELLER.

Digital stock

Each stock line is a deliverable unit. Upload unique, valid content and never reuse a unit sold elsewhere. Stock may contain sensitive credentials, so restrict access to your account, use two-factor authentication and avoid uploading private keys or unlawful personal data.

Sales and commission

On purchase, a stock unit is assigned to the order, the buyer pays from site balance and the net seller proceeds are credited. The current commission is platform-controlled and may vary. Review transaction records regularly and report discrepancies without delay.

Refund handling

A buyer can submit a reasoned request for a completed order. OGSELLER may approve or reject the full-order refund after examining available evidence. Approved refunds reverse seller proceeds. Do not attempt to intimidate buyers, manipulate reviews or move disputes outside the platform.

Withdrawals

Choose a supported coin/network and enter your own valid wallet address.
Confirm the amount is within current limits.
The amount is deducted while the request is pending.
An administrator manually reviews and sends approved withdrawals.
Cancelled or rejected requests are returned to site balance.

Wallet responsibility: verify the destination and network. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and OGSELLER cannot guarantee recovery from an incorrect address.

Store health

Keep descriptions accurate and stock functional.
Use only assets you have the legal right to distribute.
Monitor buyer reviews, reports and platform notifications.
Protect your login and two-factor recovery codes.
Respond promptly to requests for evidence or remediation.
